When you report an issue

Include as much of this as you can:

• Environment (staging or production) and the integration mode (iframe mode or streaming API)
• encounter_id, or px_id / ex_id for iframe sessions
• Approximate time of the problem, with time zone
• Browser and version, for iframe issues
• The relevant messages (AUTH_ERROR, error, warning_message) with tokens removed

Never send tokens, passwords or private keys by email

Remove credentials from logs and screenshots before you share them. If a credential may have been exposed, tell us so we can rotate it.
